Every customer must agree to the TOS before payment is made and work starts on server. Please read it properly before you make any payments. Thank You

sharkdudefin’s Terms Of Service

1.     When the customer has selected their server plan, the payment must then be made by the customer to sharkdudefin and then the server setup will begin shortly after.

2.   The server setup completion times can vary depending on the plan the customer has chosen. Generally, the more expensive plan the customer has bought, the more time the setup will take. For example, Emerald tier, you can expect setup time will be approximately 1 week.

3.   When the setup is complete and the customer has confirmed that the setup is acceptable, sharkdudefin will no longer provide support for the service in any way. Further support can be provided at additional cost if allowed by sharkdudefin.

4.  Acceptance of sharkdudefin’s server set up shall be considered to have been achieved once the customer has informed sharkdudefin that the set up is working as requested. Such acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld, and in any event acceptance shall have been achieved after one week of completion of the work whether the customer has informed sharkdudefin or not.

5.   sharkdudefin will not pay any third party costs required to set up the server unless such costs have been paid by the customer in full (either directly to the third party or to sharkdudefin); specifically, when choosing the plugins/worlds the customer cannot ask for any plugin that costs money unless the customer has bought and paid for said plugin.

6.  When the server setup process has started and the money has been paid to sharkdudefin, the customer is not eligible for a refund of any type.

7.   sharkdudefin accepts no responsibility for the subsequent commercial success of the server, or any satisfaction of the users of the server.

8.  sharkdudefin is not responsible for attracting users to the server.

9.  sharkdudefin is only responsible for the set up of the server, and not responsible for any of the server hosting and or software put into the server. If there are any technical issues with the server software then the customer shall communicate directly with the server company.

For the avoidance of doubt, payment must be made before any work starts on the customer's server.
